Handling

• All orders are sent via Registered Mail and tracking number is always provided;
  
• All mail sendings are franked with Kyrgyz Express Post stamps (we affix our stamps on all orders);
  
• Usually the order is shipped within 5 business days after placed through the website;
  
• The average delivery time is around 14 business days but can take up to 25 business days;
  
• The shipping is free regardless the weight and is applied to any destination;
  
• The handling cost is set at 300 KGS regardless the weight and is applied to any destination;
  
• All philatelic products are carefully packed in order to provide a foolproof delivery.
  
  

Additional information

• In case the order contains pre-ordered items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-ordered item is released;
  
• If you want that certain stamp(s) is(are) affixed to the envelope as a franking, add the stamp(s) to the Cart and mark the respective box on the Cart page. Please note that in such case the handling charges will not be deducted. Otherwise the franking method will be chosen at the discretion of our operator;
  
• All claims about the order are accepted up to 3 months after the date of dispatch of the order;
