On April 12, 2019 the State Committee of Information Technology and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic puts into circulation a Kyrgyz Express Post postage stamp: “The International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements”.
In 1869, the great Russian scientist, Dmitri Ivanovich Mendeleev, formulated the Periodic Law, graphically represented by him in the form of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements. The Periodic Table of Chemical Elements is one of the most important scientific achievements, reflecting the essential foundations of not only chemistry, but also physics, biology, and other disciplines. The Periodic Table is sometimes called the "common language for science".
For this series, KEP also issues a postcard, which is used to realize a maximum card.
