Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP) is issuing its series of stamps, dedicated to UNO declarations.
The UN General Assembly announced the year 2015 to be the International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies as well as the International Year of Soils. The series therefore includes two miniatures.
